What are your operating hours?
The park opens daily–rain or shine–at 10 a.m.
Where can I park, is there a cost for parking?
Gulf World offers free and paid parking first come first serve basis. There is a parking lot in front of the building and additional parking in back during busy season. Along with an overflow paid parking area during summer months.
Can I buy tickets/programs in advance?
Yes and that is recommended. You can purchase your tickets ahead of time here.
What can I bring to the park?
You can bring swim suits, strollers, wagons, extra clothing and baby food.
Do you offer refunds?
Gulf World has a no refunds policy for bookings. Refunds are only given if a program is cancelled by Gulf World.
What does general admission include?
General admission is an all day pass to see all shows and exhibits. This does not include interactive programs such as swimming with dolphins.
How long does it take to see the park?
It takes about three to four hours to see the all shows and exhibits.
Do you rent strollers or wheelchairs?
No…but we are stroller and wheelchair friendly.
Is there a family or group discount?
Yes, for groups of 20 or more
Are there any discounts for locals, first responders or military families?
We have local, military and emergency responder discounts
Is there a place to eat in the park?
Yes! There are multiple onsite eateries that serve burgers, chicken fingers, fried pickles, soft pretzels, popcorn and much more!
Is the park handicap accessible?
Yes
May I take pictures?
You can take photos while watching shows and touring exhibits. Photos are not allowed during the interactive programs, but professional digital photo package are available for purchase.
Can I smoke?
Not inside the park…you can smoke outside the front of the park. You can come and go throughout the day.

Yes, we have a snooze with the sea life program. Limited availability

Is there a store for souvenirs?
Our onsite gift shop offers swimsuits, beach-themed jewelry, home decor, toys, animal-created paintings and numerous gift options!
Do you offer first aid?
First aid supplies are available in our gift shop and snack bar.
Is there a private location to nurse/change my baby?
We have two family restrooms near the front of the park in the kiddie corner. There are also two changing stations in the ladies bathroom adjacent to the snack bar.
Does Gulf World have a lost and found?
Yes, in the front check in area
Can I volunteer at the park?
No, however we do have a non-profit Gulf World Marine Institute that has a volunteer program.
How can I donate to Gulf World?
To help with the rescue, rehabilitation and release of marine mammals, you can donate to the Gulf World Marine Institute–a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
What are the animals fed?
The animals are fed restaurant quality fish, and a variety of other food items depending on the species and it’s required diet.
